About Me
I’m a former nurse turned mindful eating coach.
Growing up, food was simple for me: joy, connection, and trust. I didn’t realise how rare that was until I saw how many women felt exhausted by food, constantly managing, fearing, or fighting it.
As a nurse, I saw even more clearly how disconnected we’ve become from our bodies and how deeply we’ve learned to trust external rules over our own inner signals.
If food still feels stressful despite all the rules you’ve followed, you’re not broken. You’ve simply been taught to distrust yourself.
That’s what I help women unlearn.
